They won't know it's on the way. They won't see it during transit. It's unlikely anyone will consciously and unconsciously comprehend what happened.
Suggestions or messages in the payload may cause things which "just happen". Those are commonly described as:
- Loss of focus or easily distracted.
- Confusion or disorientation.
- Trying to do too many things at once which means nothing is done well.
- Inconsistently pausing mid sentence for no discernable reason (except for above) before continuing.
You may find those indicators meaningless. They "just happen" sometimes or all the time. No way exists to attack under such indicators. It can't be done to an individual.
It can only "happen" to someone? Is that what you were thinking?
Neither way of looking at the situation is accurate. An individual "does it to themself" when the right or wrong suggestions are introduced.
With the proper training, it shouldn't be a concern. Except for the effects on the human body when resonance amplifies infrasound.
Those can create physical symptoms which mimic the flu. They also overlap with a few COVID symptoms but we shouldn't get ahead of anyone.
It's too difficult to consider believing.
