There are 2 clips provided. Both contain the same list of United States presidents, their wives or vice presidents (not meant as humorous, some presidents had one or the other and not both), and the years served.
Recorded using an AI (artificial intelligence) generated voice, the information takes about 20 minutes to recite. Letting either recording play at least that long allows each set of dates and names to be perceived - even if you don't notice them suddenly appearing in your head. Playing both clips simultaneously from different devices can speed up the process - it's all about resonance.
The first clip is 30 seconds... of apparent noise.
The second clip is only 10 seconds long. It should sound noisier than the first one.
As backward as it sounds, having more noise allows the same list to be stored more efficiently. It just takes more time before the content can be perceived.
This method of learning works while asleep. We don't recommend trying that unless you know exactly what a clip contains.
An individual's opinions, preferences, and even core beliefs can be altered or changed using noise during the brief timespans of falling asleep or waking up.
We don't even need to mention how bad it might get for a nation or country should those with an agenda find a way to do this on a national or local level.
What kinds of things might happen, you ask?
