#203. Why would any type of commercial - other than for chapstick or lipstick - need to showcase individuals being intimate or kissing?

It's more of a question directed at advertisers than a secret.

Regardless:

  • We'd rather not endure advertising which shows men kissing.
  • We'd rather not endure advertising which shows women kissing.
  • We'd rather not endure advertising which shows any combination of individuals kissing.
Intimate or personal details of relationships may or may not feel natural to everyone.

Is it politically or socially acceptable to admit they can be uncomfortable to watch?
