You won't find those words in the closed captioning. It's because they're back-masked into the audio starting just before Fiona and Shrek are "introduced" to a purple dragon (near the end of the movie).
The movie is "Shrek Forever After".
Does anyone care about back-masked messages in kids' cartoons telling them to be accepting of "witches"?
