#101. The mantra "blame Obama" or "thanks Obama [sarcasm]" resulted from an attempt to make one - or every other - individual a "scapegoat" for "everything".

Does it matter whether an individual is liberal, conservative, or both?  The answer may or may not be yes, yes, or yes.

Should the zeitgeist be consulted from 2009 to 2017, a presidency may be located which left everyone equally happy or unhappy.

That's exactly how government should function.

The clip below was recorded in St. Louis on August 23, 2022, at 10:10 PM when an individual:

  • "Accidentally" made a recording of "environmental noise".
  • "Accidentally" played it back down the floor return vent in an apartment.
  • The method used "accidentally" resulted in resonance.

The exact date and time provide a way to corroborate the clip (though we're certain you don't need to be told that).

As for what may be heard or perceived... each individual perceives "the Host" or "the Multitude" differently.
