National Security Secret #73

#73. There's such a thing as ultrasonic white noise and it can - counterintuitively - make an individual's normal movement loud enough to eavesdrop on.

Never heard of ultrasonic white noise?  Hmmm... well, it's both rather common and versatile if your line of work is listening to others.

Still not convinced?  Try crinkling up a piece of mylar (it's used to make those shiny helium balloons) or even aluminum foil.  It's that common.

You don't believe in it's versatility?  Then find an old audio recording of something - the worse it's quality the better.  Play the audio while crinkling that old party balloon from your 40th and don't be surprised when details you hadn't noticed in the recording suddenly pop out.

More information will be provided.
