#60. Should you suddenly feel like you're "coming down with the flu", cover every LCD display around you.
Cover every damn one of them. You're probably gonna need to trust someone on this.
It doesn't need to be me, but find someone.
If it lights up and displays something then completely cover it. That includes cell phones with LCD displays (most of them still do) and might even apply to those with OLED displays.
The problem is from refresh rates - the better the refresh rate the worse you may potentially feel.
