#51. A form of "vehicle theft deterrent" or "vehicle recovery system" that was once promoted as able to prevent or stop any vehicle theft... doesn't seem to exist anymore.
It's been some time since the technology has been demo-ed or talked about. The types of "theft deterrent" and "vehicle recovery" available today are just fancy implementations of GPS and OnStar.
