#45. Another theory to explain dark energy is a resonance effect from gravitational waves with low frequency and long wavelength.
This would solve both the expansion of the universe thing (the universe is pulling itself in all directions) and the appearance of gravity behaving differently at different scales (resonance).
This also places the relativistic effect we call "dark matter" on one end of gravity's spectrum dark energy on the other. Both could be due to gravity's effects though their pull seems opposite to each other.
