#33. Cicadas hold the secret to falling asleep and waking up.

That's basically all they do so no surprise there. But why hasn't that knowledge given us a small device to place by our beds for restful slumber?
The secret ingredient is - drum roll please - oscillating current.
And it's the cicadas which hold the intervals and momentum for them that know the big secret. Cicadas are much better at counting than I am.
