#17. Hypnosis was used to develop a technological equivalent with the same abilities to suggest the mind.

Let's refer to this one as a "doozy".  When the microwave (or radio frequency) effect was discovered after World War II, it was developed as a crude tool for projecting into a person's perception.

Forget about the funny pair of glasses with spinning spirals for the lenses.  The technology based version works beneath conscious awareness, leaves no trace of it's use, and has been waiting for a problem to solve since it's development.

Back when research into hypnosis began hinting of a means to solve every social problem in existence (and eliminate anything deemed "distasteful") there was a major drawback.  Each and every person would need to be hypnotized - and very deeply so - to ensure every suggestion would be accepted.  It's not practical and could never be sustained.

That's how oscillating current found it's way into many of the secrets still kept today.  For every capability that hypnosis was found to have on the mind, the same capability - functionally identical - was developed with oscillating current.

The role of a hypnotist was duplicated with the technology in every detail:

• Formation of a trust relationship on the unconscious level.
• Process to shift the state of the mind from focus to awareness by exchanging  conscious focus for unconscious awareness.
• Method to communicate suggestions without alerting the conscious part of the mind.
• Also can be done so that other conscious minds nearby are not alerted.
• Suggestive techniques that increase the likelihood of suggestions being accepted.
• This has some serious drawbacks though.  Extremely serious.
• More details will be provided.

The first opportunity to deploy this ultimate solution looking for a problem has been COVID.  Should the deployment fail or be discovered there's a simple, believable, and truthful cover story all ready to go: we need to be taking the flu more seriously anyway so that's why COVID "happened".

No, the pieces don't all fit perfectly together yet.  Much information is still kept secret or hidden though that won't be the case forever.

And what's still missing is waiting patiently somewhere.
