National Security Secret #21

  National Security Secrets

#21. An "inside out" version of a phone voice menu system exists for gathering information from ordinary citizens.

This one is not as bad as it could be, so don't panic.  Besides, panicking is the worst possible response to have if someone becomes aware they're being asked a question with no one else present.

One of the first things done when a person "picks up" - though technically, your mind finds and locks onto it - is plant suggestions triggered by panic.  Should a person react with a fight or flight response when perceiving a particular question, it should also trigger those suggestions.  Regardless of their exact wording,  a clear and recognizable signal is the intended goal.  As you can imagine, everyone reacts differently to something like this and meaning can be less than clear.  Unfortunately this determines whether future "calls" received are hidden from the person's awareness or very much visible to them.  For the latter we can now give a much better explanation to what's been termed "gang stalking" in our country.

Please note that every secret described as "inside out" has the same parentage. A future leaked secret will bring that statement into imperfect focus.  More information will be provided.

In summary there are 2 key versions of this menu system:

Voluntary - perceived as day dreaming, reliving memories, or thinking out loud.

  • This information gathering system effectively "dials" us randomly like a swimmer caught in the current.
  • The information gathered is supposedly volunteered by the person who "picks up".  Supposedly.  Even though a simple way exists to override it being voluntary, depending on the person.

Involuntary - perceived as harassment.

  • This information gathering system target "dials" where a specific person is known to frequent or occasion for some unspecified amount of time.
  • Those locations are provided by the person inadvertently each time they're identified in the vicinity of another "dial " event.
  • For this menu version, there's no doubt any information gathered is done against the person's will.  We're all vulnerable to unconscious manipulation during transitions of awareness.  During those brief moments information can be extracted from us.
  • No matter the reason, as long as the person stays "below the radar" they are able to move freely.  It's those who own homes and rent apartments who are restricted in movement.

Shared details:

  • A person's state of mind when they "pick up" sets the tone and context for what may be perceived as a conversation or an interrogation.
  • Even something as innocuous as talking to oneself may be interpreted as some kind of answer once it's determined a single person is present.  This means the number of individuals must be counted.
  • That's not easy to do without vision.  More information will be provided.
  • The same answer must be given twice in succession before proceeding to the next "menu option".
  • Answers are sometimes asked again to be sure the answer hasn't changed or was misunderstood when received prior.  Conflicting answers can result in having to "start over" in the menu.
  • Answers and questions may seemingly be reversed or backwards but the experience is perceived differently by each person so they are comfortable, don't feel threatened, and don't realize they've been placed in "custody" for some "questioning".
  • Afterwards, there should be no memory of the events.
  • If the person does remember what happened it's indicative of a PTSD type event which has no context or basis for the mind to resolve.  That can result in the person becoming "stuck" and unable to move forward or backward through the menus.
  • Psychosis will likely result without some form of intervention.

More information on how to protect against this and other secrets will be provided.
